Where can I work after becoming certified?

Once you become a Quick Flow School of Health–certified healthcare professional, you can work in a wide variety of clinical and community healthcare settings. Our programs prepare you for flexible career opportunities across multiple allied health fields. Depending on the credential you earn, common workplaces include:

  • Hospitals
  • Clinics and physician offices
  • Diagnostic laboratories
  • Urgent care centers
  • Blood banks and plasma donation centers
  • Nursing homes and assisted-living facilities
  • Mobile or on-site healthcare services
  • Public health departments
  • Research laboratories and universities

We prepare you for careers in both traditional medical settings and mobile/on-site roles, allowing you to choose a work environment that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and career goals.

What national certification do we use?

We certify our students through NHA – National Health career Association.

NHA is a nationally recognized and industry-trusted certification agency for allied health professionals.

Their Phlebotomy, EKG, and other allied health certifications are widely accepted by hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical employers nationwide. This ensures you meet high national standards and are fully qualified to begin working upon successful completion of the program.

Do we offer a payment plan?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. During enrollment, we review all available options with you to help you choose the plan that best fits your budget.

In addition to our in-house payment plans, we also accept financing options including Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm for added convenience.

Is a deposit required to reserve my seat?

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your seat in any of our programs. This deposit guarantees that your space is held and is applied toward your tuition balance.
Please note: This deposit is non-refundable.

Do we offer an internship or externship?

We do not offer an outside internship or externship because our programs include built-in clinical training conducted directly on-site.

Students complete clocked lab hours in our facility, where they practice real, hands-on skills in a supervised clinical environment. This ensures you receive all required clinical experience within the program itself—without needing an additional off-site externship.

What is included in the tuition?

Your tuition includes all required books, learning materials, and course supplies.

For students enrolled in the Certified Phlebotomy Technician Program or the EKG Technician Program, the national certification exam fee is included in the tuition.

Please note: Scrubs are not included and must be purchased separately.

How soon can I get a job after graduation?

In the state of Virginia, national certification is not required to begin working as a phlebotomist or in several other allied health roles. You only need to meet state competency requirements. However, we strongly encourage all students to take the national certification exam, as it increases job opportunities and earning potential.

Because certification is not required in Virginia, you can begin applying for jobs as soon as you complete your program and receive your certificate of completion. Many of our students’ secure employment immediately after graduating.
