Refund Policy

Students may cancel their original enrollment agreement until midnight on the third business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after admission. If a student is not given the opportunity to cancel while signing the agreement, they can cancel at any time and receive a refund within 10 days of cancellation. Cancellations must be notified to the program's authorized official in writing.

  • If a cancellation notice is received after midnight on the third business day after acceptance, Quick Flow School of Health will keep the initial enrollment and background check cost (if initiated).

  • If a student cancels after the third calendar day after enrollment but before receiving the first completed lesson assignment, Quick Flow School of Health will refund all payments except the initial enrollment and background check fee.

  • If a student withdraws or is terminated from Quick Flow School of Health within the first 25% of the program, they will receive a 75% refund.

  • Students who withdraw or are terminated after attending more than 25% but less than 50% of the program will receive a 50% fee refund.

  • Students who withdraw after completing 50-75% of the program will be eligible for 25% of the program cost. Refunds are not available for more than 75%.

  • If Quick Flow School of Health does not accept your application, you will receive a tuition refund within 30 days of being notified.

  • Quick Flow School of Health will send a written acknowledgment of a student's cancellation or withdrawal within 10 days of notification. Formal acknowledgment is not required if the student receives a refund within 10 days. The school shall make ALL STUDENT REFUNDS within 30 calendar days from receipt of the student's cancellation.
A student may offer Quick Flow School of Health a written cancellation notice.
The program will be canceled if a student is absent for more than 10 school days without explanation. Cancellation will be based on the latest attendance date.

  •  If Quick Flow School of Health fails to provide a copy of the student's enrollment agreement, cancels, or discontinues the course, or fails to conduct classes on scheduled days or times, the school will refund all monies paid.

  • Quick Flow School of Health offers three excused days for grievances and a viewing and funeral day for immediate family members, with an open-door policy for non-related family members. Students must notify the instructor via email or phone to explain their circumstances. Students must contact the instructor beforehand to be excused for viewing and funeral days. Excused days require the presentation of an obituary.
